Bearded Villains Portugal

Who are we?

     We are Bearded Villains Portugal, the Portuguese chapter of the international Bearded Villains brotherhood, founded in 2014 in Los Angeles by Fred Ramirez, also known as Von Knox. We are part of a global movement that goes far beyond beards — we promote values such as brotherhood, charity, respect, loyalty, and community support. We aim to break the negative stereotypes often associated with bearded men, showing that behind every beard is a heart ready to help. 

     Here in Portugal, we take great pride in the charity work we do. We organize night walks through the streets of Porto and Lisbon, offering support and comfort to people in vulnerable situations. We also dedicate our time to visiting children's homes, animal shelters, and other social institutions — bringing not just essential goods, but companionship and a little joy to those who need it most. 
Mental health is another key pillar for us. As brothers, we always remind each other that "it's ok not to be ok", and that asking for help is a sign of strength — never weakness. 

     To support our initiatives, we offer some merchandise through our online store, including t-shirts, stickers, and pins. The funds help sustain our mission and spread our message.
